Your entry will be rejected if the entry form is not fully completed with all required information and submitted and received by the Entry Deadline. Use (or attempted use) of multiple names, identities, email addresses and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or disrupt this Contest is prohibited and may result in disqualification by the Sponsor. All entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) to participate in this Contest. Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of the Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification.
3. 4. PRIZE: There is three hundred and eighty-four (384) prizes (each, a “Prize”) to be won between July 15, 2026 and August 31, 2026, distributed as follows : (i) one hundred (100) Flamingo free product coupons; (ii) one hundred (100) caps; (iii) sixty (60) pickleball sets; (iv) thirty (30) bean bag games; (v) thirty (30) inflatable drink coasters; (vi) thirty-five (35) portable hammocks; (vii) six (6) beach chairs; (viii) four (4) portable speakers; (ix) four (4) beach umbrellas; (x) ten (10) inflatable mattresses; and (xi) five (5) paddle boards. The approximate retail value of the Prizes ranges from CAD $30 to CAD $800. Winners will be determined instantly at the moment the contest wheel is activated. Individuals declared winners will receive instructions by email in order to claim their prize. All prizes must be claimed within three (3) days following receipt of these instructions.
If a winner does not claim their prize within the specified timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and automatically re-entered into the draw. The promoter cannot be held responsible and shall have no obligation toward that participant.
Entries are valid for all prizes to be won, and no distribution will be made based on winners’ interests or preferences. Winners may not exchange, replace, or substitute their prize for another. They may not choose among the different prizes in the contest. Prize allocation will be made exclusively at random by the wheel system. If a winner is not satisfied with their prize, they may refuse it.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable and must be accepted as awarded, without substitution for cash or otherwise, except at the promoters’ sole discretion. The promoters reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to replace a prize or any component of a prize with an item of equivalent value if the prize or any component thereof cannot be awarded as described for any reason. The released parties (defined below) shall not be liable if factors beyond the reasonable control of the promoters prevent a prize from being awarded, in whole or in part, or prevent its enjoyment. In such cases, no winner shall be entitled to a replacement prize or cash equivalent. No prize will be awarded until the winners’ names and ages have been confirmed. Any return of a prize or notice of non-deliverability may result in disqualification of the winner and selection of another eligible winner, in accordance with the procedures outlined in these official contest rules. Limit: One (1) prize per box of Flamingo wings purchased.
5. DRAWING: Winners will be determined instantly at the time the contest wheel is activated. Only participants who have won a prize will receive, by email, a notice confirming their prize, accompanied by a single-use code and the instructions required to claim it. In order to claim their prize, winners must duly complete the release form provided in said email and indicate the single-use code assigned to them. If the prize is not claimed within three (3) days following its award, the claim code will automatically expire and the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited by the participant. A validation will be conducted to confirm the identity of the winner associated with the claim code. Only the person who won the prize may claim it.
To be declared the winner of any prize, the selected participant may be required to correctly answer, without any mechanical or other assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question that will be asked on the release form, by text message, or by email. If a selected participant: (i) cannot be reached within two (3) days following the notification; (ii) does not answer or answers incorrectly the mathematical skill-testing question; (iii) does not sign or return to the promoters the required declaration and release forms within the timeframe indicated on such forms (if applicable); and/or (iv) cannot accept the prize for any reason whatsoever; then they will forfeit the prize.
The odds of winning are determined in advance based on the total number of available prizes and the duration of the contest. They follow a predefined distribution curve to ensure an even allocation of prizes until the contest closing date. This curve allows the chances of winning to be adjusted, if necessary, to ensure that all prizes are awarded while respecting the initially established odds.
Participants are solely responsible for checking their junk mail or spam folders. The Sponsor and contest organizers shall not be held responsible if a participant misses any communication related to the Contest due to a failure to verify their spam or junk mail folder. It is each participant’s responsibility to ensure that Contest-related communications are not filtered as spam.
Under no circumstances shall the Sponsor be required to compensate, replace, or re-award a Prize to a participant who has missed a communication and/or exceeded the response deadline. A selected entrant will not be declared a winner until all required forms have been completed and returned in accordance with the Sponsor’s requirements. Any compensation or substitute prize offered by the Sponsor shall be granted solely at the Sponsor’s discretion and, if provided, shall not be required to be identical to or of the same value as the original Prize.
